Hello, I am Talwinder Singh, also known as Raja Padhiana.
I hail from the vibrant village of Padhiana nestled in the heart of Punjab’s Jalandhar district. My journey through life has been an intriguing blend of academic pursuits, an unyielding passion for fitness, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
My academic background boasts a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering, a testament to my commitment to learning and growth. However, my heart found its true calling in the world of fitness, igniting a flame that continues to burn brightly within me.
The milestones I’ve achieved in the fitness domain stand as markers of dedication and perseverance. Being crowned the esteemed PTC Mr. Punjab in 2016 marked the beginning of a journey that saw me clinch prestigious titles such as the Overall King Kong Natural Men’s Physique Champion in 2021 and the Overall Cobourg Natural Men’s Physique Champion in 2023. Additionally, achieving a top 5 position in the Natural Men’s Physique category across Canada has been a testament to my unwavering dedication.
Transitioning my passion into a profession, I proudly serve as a fitness trainer, establishing Padhiana Fitness as a reflection of my commitment to helping individuals transform not just their bodies but their entire lifestyle.
My philosophy revolves around empowering others, guiding them through their transformative fitness journeys. Witnessing people achieve their aspirations and witnessing their metamorphosis is the driving force behind my mission.
